Workshop content:

• To understand the role of ASeTTS. An introduction to ASeTTS programs, services, activities and principles of service delivery.
• Defining the terms 'refugee' and 'asylum seeker'.
• What types of issues do people seek assistance for?
• To develop awareness of the refugee experience prior to arrival and resettlement in Australia.
